Fig. 19 - Porpora. La piastrinopenia è
molto frequente nelle malattie epatiche acute e croniche ed è
principalmente dovuta ad ipersplenismo. Le piastrine circolanti benché in
numero inferiore alla norma, sono funzionalmente integre. Comunque se la
conta piastrinica è molto bassa possono comparire emorragie spontanee,
specialmente come lesioni purpuriche localizzate preferenzialmente agli
avambracci alle ascelle ed agli arti inferiori.
Fig. 19 - Purpuric lesions. The thrombocytopenia of acute and
chronic liver diseases is very frequent and is first due to hypersplenism.
The circulating platelets are functioning well. However if platelets count
is very low, hemorrages may appear, as mucous and cutaneous purpuric spots
especially on forearms, axillae and lower extremities. |
