su base eritematosa, intensamente pruriginose, escoriate e crostose,
distribuite su tutta la superficie corporea, ad eccezione del volto e del
cuoio capelluto.
Paziente di sesso femminile, di 52 anni, con diabete mellito,
ipertensione arteriosa, insufficienza renale cronica, ulcere flebostatiche
agli arti inferiori. Da circa un mese la paziente lamentava prurito
intenso, specialmente notturno, e la comparsa di lesioni cutanee
rapidamente diffuse a tutta la superficie corporea ad eccezione del capo.
Il marito e la figlia della paziente lamentavano anch'essi prurito e la
presenza di lesioni cutanee sebbene molto meno numerose.

52 years old woman with diabetes mellitus, arterious hypetension,
chronic renal failure, and phlebostasic ulcers of inferior limbs,
complained of very intense itching that was more severe at night and the
onset of coutaneous lesions shortly widespread to all surface of the body
with the exception of the head. Her husband and daughter complained of
similar lesions too and itching, but less severe. |
