Paziente 1. Cd4 190/mmc. Mantoux negativa. Episodio di herpes zoster. Insorgenza di tosse secca.
Fig. 1 - Rx. Opacità disomogenea a contorni sfumati , rotondeggiante, di circa 4 cm, con areole trasparenti, al campo polmonare superiore destro in subclaveare, con stria di collegamento all'ilo, come da complesso primario tubercolare.

Patient 1, with 190 Cd4 /mmc. Mantoux negative. Episode of herpes zoster. Onset of dry cough.
Fig. 1 - X-ray film. Inhomogeneous round opacity with ill-defined borders, of about 4 cm, with transparent areolas, to pulmonary upper right field in subclavicular seat, with a stria of connection to the hilum, like from primary tuberculous complex.
