The one on the top of the pillar is Angel Gabriel, offering Vajk - the future king Stephen - the crown of Hungary. At the base of the monument there is an empty coffin, representing the unknown insurgents from the 1956 uprising.
I'm sorry for the bus that covered the right half of the monument (which however is very similar to the left half).
