Umberto Berti

Dear BERTI

You don't know me , my name is Agostino Meleddu my mother is Rosa BERTI and we live in Italy.

I'm looking for news about my uncle Mr.Umberto BERTI was born in Sacrofano (Rome Italy) in 1889 .

Umberto Berti emigrated in USA when he was 16 years old around 1905.

Umberto Berti has left the parents and three brothers in Italy.

We have his news until 1927 based on some letters that my uncle Umberto Berti sent his family in Italy

and that we found among the papers of his sister Egidia BERTI some years ago.

In these letters Umberto Berti said that he arrived in N.Y.city in 1905, in 1921 he lived in Hardburly Kentucky

in February 1921 he had a daughter, her name was Rosa and than two daughters named Elvira and Nunziata and one son named Vincent.

In 1925 Umberto BERTI lived in Maitland W.Virginia , in 1927 in Superior W.Virginia.

This child could be you.She is the daughter of Umberto BERTI , perhaps she has stayed the firstborn of Umberto.Now she could be about 80 years old

If you are a relative of Umberto BERTI or you know someone of his sons I shell be glad if you send me an answer as soon as possible.

I think that Umberto Berti did not write anymore because his parents died but I'm not sure because now his brothers and sisters are died too and I can't ask to someone any information.

But I would like to know how he lived in USA,when and where he died and where he was buried.
