I rediscovered my natural athletic abilities when introduced to weight training eight years ago.

After leaving competitive track and field behind in grammar school, lifting not only gave me a transformation in my appearance, but in my spirit as well. After one and a half years of training, I won the 1996 Ottawa bodybuilding competition. The individualism of the sport has continued to motivate me in my quest to continually improve while helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Training for the Galaxy competition has been an empowering experience I will never forget.
