Note: This disclaimer (or a variant of it) can be found in all zipped scanlation files released by Project Shueiguo.

Unless otherwise noted, all scanlations are translated from the listed Chinese source (found on the respective scanlation page AND in the text file included in all zipped scanlation files). That is why, on occasion, names of certain characters will be in Chinese, since the translator did not have--or was not able to obtain--the original Japanese source.

Pertaining to THE ISSUE OF COPYRIGHTS, all copyrights belong to the respective authors, artists, and all related parties. Project Shueiguo simply translates, scans and edits the respective manga in the production of scanlations.

Pertaining to THE USE OF SCANLATIONS released by Project Shueiguo, as long as there are no monies being exchanged, anyone is free to distribute scanlation files on IRC channels, as well as over P2P networks. (1) If you intend to post Project Shueiguo files on your website for direct web downloads, please contact the staff for more information. (2) If you intend to edit Project Shueiguo files for your own scanlation/translation project(s), please contact the staff for more information. In regards to (1) and (2), permission will almost certainly be granted, as long as Project Shueiguo is credited as the original source from which you obtained the files and/or materials.
